Duties Responsibilities:

3, Signing after-sales service reports.

4, Collect equipment failure information;

5, the fault information of the equipment feedback to the engineering department, the engineering department will send it to the quality department, research and development department and other related departments, for the company's product performance improvement to provide accurate reference.

6, Properly deal with the relationship with the A party, maintain the good image of the company;

7, Provide on-site training for customers and complete all required tasks.

8, With the improvement of technical ability, you will gradually develop into a technical support engineer or senior technical support engineer.

Requirements:

1, Master the basic theoretical knowledge of computer network
