Position Summary The Regional Project Consultant is responsible for leading and supporting the end-to-end delivery of BIPO solutions across multiple countries. This role ensures successful project execution by managing client requirements, configuring systems, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring on-time, high- quality deliverables in alignment with local compliance needs and global standards. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery& Implementation Collaborate with clients to gather and document business and system requirements. Configure and deploy systems according to project scope and country-specific regulations in coordination with the local country project management team. Support the end-to-end project life cycle: from discovery, solution design, testing, go-live, to post-implementation support. Coordinate and support data migration, user training, and parallel runs as needed. Stakeholder Management Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication. Work cross-functionally with regional and local teams including product, payroll, legal, and compliance teams. Process & Documentation Prepare high-quality project documentation including configuration logs, test scripts,and user guides. Maintain accurate project trackers and reports for internal and client review.
