Position Summary The Regional Project Consultant is responsible for leading and supporting the end-to-end delivery of BIPO solutions across multiple countries. This role ensures successful project execution by managing client requirements, configuring systems, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring on-time, high- quality deliverables in alignment with local compliance needs and global standards. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery& Implementation Collaborate with clients to gather and document business and system requirements. Configure and deploy systems according to project scope and country-specific regulations in coordination with the local country project management team. Support the end-to-end project life cycle: from discovery, solution design, testing, go-live, to post-implementation support. Coordinate and support data migration, user training, and parallel runs as needed. Stakeholder Management Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication. Work cross-functionally with regional and local teams including product, payroll, legal, and compliance teams. Process & Documentation Prepare high-quality project documentation including configuration logs, test scripts,and user guides. Maintain accurate project trackers and reports for internal and client review. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degreein Business, Information Systems, HR, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in project implementation, business consulting, or systems delivery (preferably in Workday, SAP Successfactor or Oracle HCM). Regional or multi-country projectexperience preferred. Technical & Professional Skills Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile or Waterfall). Experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or BIPO HRIS is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools. Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL. Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently across time zones. Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Prepare data template for data collection/conversion and conduct data migration Maintain accurate documentation of configuration decisions and system settings. 📐 Project Delivery Support Participate in requirement workshops, and configuration walk throughs with clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment. Assist with test script preparation and UAT execution; resolve defects and validate fixes. Support parallel runs and go-live readiness activities. 🅧 Client Interaction Conduct configuration walk through and user training.
