As a Regional Project Consultant at BIPO, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the end-to-end delivery of BIPO solutions across multiple countries. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful project execution by managing client requirements, configuring systems, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results within set timelines, all while adhering to local compliance needs and global standards. Your day-to-day tasks will involve interpreting business and functional requirements and translating them into system configurations. You will configure system modules based on requirement sign-offs, conduct quality assurance checks, prepare data templates for data collection/conversion, and maintain accurate documentation of configuration decisions and system settings. Additionally, you will actively participate in requirement workshops and configuration walk-throughs with clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment, prepare test scripts, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will also provide support for parallel runs and go-live readiness activities to ensure a smooth transition for the clients. Client interaction is a key aspect of this role. You will conduct configuration walk-throughs and user training, respond to client inquiries regarding configuration impacts, and offer best practice recommendations. Building strong client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality delivery will be essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in project implementation, business consulting, or systems delivery. Experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or BIPO HRIS will be advantageous. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools, as well as hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL, are also desirable. In addition to technical skills, soft skills are equally important. You should possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently across different time zones. Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-centric approach are key attributes for success in this role. Furthermore, cultural sensitivity, respect for diversity, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment are essential qualities. Joining BIPO as a Regional Project Consultant will provide you with the opportunity to be part of a growing regional delivery team that is driving digital transformation across the Asia Pacific region. You will gain exposure to diverse industries and cross-border implementations while working with passionate professionals in a collaborative and high-impact environment.,
