Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with HRMS products. Demonstrating proactiveness, initiative, and personal accountability to effectively meet work demands is essential. The ability to independently navigate a fast-paced and demanding environment is also a key requirement. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting business process analysis and providing system solutions in response to enhancement/customization/new functionality requests from local/regional teams. Meeting deadlines and fulfilling work demands will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to coach and guide junior team members when needed and ensure that key performance indicators are achieved. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required is highly valued. You will also be required to interact with various departments such as Project Management, Service Delivery, Support, Research and Development, and Quality Assurance teams. This will involve following up on project progress and collaborating to ensure seamless operations. Apart from the duties mentioned above, you may be assigned other responsibilities as needed to support the overall objectives of the organization.,
