Job Description

As an applicant for the position, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in HRMS Products. Your role will involve demonstrating proactiveness, initiative, and personal accountability to meet work demands. You will be expected to work independently in a fast-paced and high-demand environment. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Conducting Business Process Analysis and providing system solutions for any enhancement/customization/new functionality requests brought up by the local/regional team. - Taking overall responsibility for meeting deadlines and work demands. - Coaching and guiding other junior team members who require help or guidance. - Ensuring that the key performance indicators are met. - Being willing to take on additional responsibilities as required. You will also be required to interact with other departments by: - Following up with Project Management/Service Delivery/Support Team. - Following up with Research and Development and Quality Assurance Teams. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties as needed by the company.,
