Job Description

As an After Hours Travel Consultant, your role involves providing expert support to corporate and leisure clients outside regular business hours. You will handle urgent bookings, itinerary changes, and troubleshooting to ensure travelers receive seamless, high-quality service at all times. Your deep travel knowledge, fast problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently under pressure are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide after-hours support for corporate and leisure travel bookings, changes, and emergencies. - Deliver fast, tailored solutions to client needs, ensuring minimal disruption. - Work with global fare structures, including corporate and leisure negotiated rates. - Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and refer leads to the account team. - Maintain detailed knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus preferred) and supplier systems. - Ensure all reservations and documentation comply with company policies and client expectations. - Meet personal KPIs and uphold service level agreements (SLAs). - Actively represent company values by delivering professional, courteous service at all times. In terms of Skills & Experience, you should have: - Strong background in business travel, particularly in after-hours or emergency services. - Advanced proficiency in GDS systems, with a focus on Amadeus. - Expertise in fare calculations, ticketing, reissues, and handling complex itineraries. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills, especially under pressure. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset. - Self-motivation, adaptability, and a solution-oriented approach.
