You’ll handle urgent bookings, itinerary changes, and troubleshooting, ensuring travellers get seamless, high-quality service at all times. Key Responsibilities: Provide after-hours support for corporate & leisure & leisure travel bookings, changes, and emergencies. Issue tickets, process amendments, and handle payments securely and accurately. Deliver fast, tailored solutions to client needs, ensuring minimal disruption. Work with global fare structures, including corporate & leisure negotiated rates. Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and pass leads to the account team. Maintain detailed knowledge of GDS (Amadeus preferred) and supplier systems. Ensure all reservations and documentation meet company policies and client expectations. Meet personal KPIs and uphold service level agreements (SLAs). Actively represent company values, delivering professional, courteous service at all times. Skills & Experience: Strong background in business travel, including after-hours or emergency services. Advanced proficiency in GDS systems, especially Amadeus. Expertise in fare calculations, ticketing, reissues, and complex itineraries. Excellent organizational and time-management skills under pressure.
