After Hours Travel Consultant

The After Hours Travel Consultant provides expert support to corporate & leisure clients outside regular business hours. You’ll handle urgent bookings, itinerary changes, and troubleshooting, ensuring travellers get seamless, high-quality service at all times. This role demands deep travel knowledge, fast problem-solving, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide after-hours support for corporate & leisure & leisure travel bookings, changes, and emergencies.
• Issue tickets, process amendments, and handle payments securely and accurately.
• Deliver fast, tailored solutions to client needs, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Work with global fare structures, including corporate & leisure negotiated rates.
• Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and pass leads to the account team.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of GDS (Amadeus preferred) and supplier systems.
• Ensure all reservations and documentation meet company policies and client expectations.
• Meet personal KPIs and uphold service level agreements (SLAs).
• Actively represent company values, delivering professional, courteous service at all times.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in business travel, including after-hours or emergency services.
• Advanced proficiency in GDS systems, especially Amadeus.
• Expertise in fare calculations, ticketing, reissues, and complex itineraries.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
