Role Description

This on-site, full-time position of Affiliate Head - iGaming is based in Gurugram. The candidate will oversee and execute affiliate marketing strategies, manage affiliate partnerships, and develop campaigns to increase reach and engagement in the iGaming domain. They will analyze performance metrics, track campaign results, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals. Additionally, the role includes conducting market research to identify new opportunities and staying abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge for Sportsdunia's affiliate programs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to strategically grow affiliate programs and identify new opportunities.
• Strong expertise in Marketing Management and Public Relations to build relationships, promote brand visibility, and effectively communicate with affiliates.
• Skills in Sales to meet and exceed performance goals within the iGaming sector.
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend actionable insights for growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, alongside strategic and analytical thinking.
