Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced

AEM Forms Lead

with 10+ years of expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), specifically in

AEM Adaptive Forms

and

REST API integrations

. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level AEM Forms solutions while mentoring teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM Adaptive Forms.
Integrate AEM Forms with external systems using REST APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AEM Forms solutions.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices guidance to the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM Forms and integrations.
Stay updated with the latest AEM capabilities and features to drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Hands-on experience in AEM Adaptive Forms design and development.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
Experience in solution architecture and ability to lead technical teams.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
