• Design Systems, Style Guides, Pattern Libraries (debugging required)
• Git, Babel, Webpack, NPM
• Core Web Vitals, web performance optimization
• Micro Front-End & Headless CMS (Good to have)

Adaptive Forms Expertise

• Adaptive Forms development
• Form Data Model (FDM) design & backend integration
• Lazy Loading and performance tuning
• Logical structuring & Fragments for reusability

Back-End (AEM Java) Skills

• Strong Java programming & Servlet development
• OSGi / FELIX framework
• Apache Sling, Maven, JCR/CRX
• RESTful web service development
• JUnit, code quality reviews, clean coding

AEM Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage multiple consulting engagements across Adobe Marketing Cloud
• Interact with stakeholders: customers, partners, internal teams
• Agile/Scrum delivery & governance
• Experience in AEM, Adobe Campaign, Analytics preferred
• Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2)

• Strong CXO-level communication & digital transformation experience
