Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Advocate role located in Pune. The Advocate will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing the company in legal matters, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. The Advocate will collaborate with various departments to address legal issues and support the company's interests in all legal proceedings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of legal principles, legal research, and drafting
• Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and reviewing legal documents
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution
• Pervious work experience in real estate or corporate law is a plus
