Overview We are seeking a dedicated Advocate to join our team. He/she should be a legal professional responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, providing expert legal advice, they should be proficiency in english and can prepare necessary legal documents. The role involves understanding clients’ issues, analyzing legal problems, and developing effective strategies to protect their rights and interests in compliance with the law. Duties Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and other legal authorities. Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of matters, including civil, criminal, corporate, or property law. Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, agreements, and contracts. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Maintain communication with clients and keep them informed about case progress. Negotiate settlements and handle legal correspondence with opposing counsel or parties. Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents. Ensure all legal activities comply with applicable laws and ethical standards. Skills Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council required. Strong understanding of Indian legal system and procedures. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Good analytical, research, and negotiation abilities. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
