Job Designation: Advocate Job Location : Pune Industry Type: Real Estate Qualification: Graduate in LLB Experience: Minimum 3 years + experience Eligibility Criteria: Male Candidates only Working knowledge in land revenue department will be an added advantage Job Responsibilities: This position requires the ability to analyze and draft large and complex contracts, as well as, reviewing terms and conditions associated with ongoing business transactions. Communicating with the Revenue Department Providing legal advice and support in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Application Development/Management Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Outsourcing Agreements (including Business Process Outsourcing), Framework Agreements, sub-contracts, public sector deals and procurement; Ad hoc legal advice relating to the general operations of the company; Assisting with the legal sign-off on deals Performing litigation/non-litigation work Assisting with the keeping the company contracts and guidelines/policies up to date
