### Key Responsibilities
- Draft clear and concise legal documents, such as pleadings, notices, affidavits, and basic motions, under the guidance of senior associate to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedural rules.- Appear in lower courts for routine hearings and filings, with occasional support in High Court matters as needed, always under senior supervision to build courtroom confidence.- Perform targeted legal research on relevant statutes, case laws, and precedents to assist in case preparation.- Follow instructions from seniors precisely to organize case files, summarize key documents, and track filing deadlines.- Support client interactions by preparing summaries and attending introductory meetings to understand case details.- Maintain organized records of case progress and collaborate with the team on straightforward litigation tasks.
