Role Description

This is a full-time Advocate role based on-site in Goregaon. The Advocate will be responsible for overseeing legal collection management, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and drafting legal documents. Daily tasks include managing client portfolios, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Legal Collection Management, Drafting Legal Documents, and Providing Legal Advice skills
• Experience in Civil and Criminal court matters
• Experience in representing clients in court and managing client portfolios
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Member of the Bar Council of India
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Experience in debt collection or financial services is a plus
