Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate, located in Ahmedabad. The Advocate will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and researching legal precedents. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues on case strategies, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Qualifications

Legal representation, court appearances, and providing legal advice
Preparing legal documents and researching legal precedents
Strong negotiation and case strategy skills
Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field, with relevant work experience
Membership in the Bar Council of India
