ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Junior Associate to join our team. The role offers exposure to multiple domains of law with a strong focus on cyber-related cases and investigative legal work that requires interstate travel and on-site visits . KEY REPONSIBILITIES: 1. DRAFTING AND REVIEWING OF VARIOUS LEGAL DOCUMENTS; 2. APPEARANCE BEFORE VARIOUS COURT INCLUDING DISTRICT COURTS, HIGH COURTS, FORUMS AND TRIBUNALS; 3. CLIENT COUNSELLING 4. HANDLE DOCUMENTATION, INVESTIGATION, AND COORDINATION IN CYBERCRIME AND DIGITAL EVIDENCE CASES. 5. TRAVEL TO VARIOUS DESTINATIONS ACROSS INDIA FOR CASE WORK, CLIENT MEETINGS, AND LEGAL PROCEEDINGS . 6. MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS, AUTHORITIES, AND STAKEHOLDERS. SPECIALISATIONS REQUIRED:  Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.  Enrolled with a State Bar Council.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.  Strong analytical and research abilities.  Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively for work.  Professional, disciplined, and adaptable to a fast-paced legal environment.
