ob Title: Advisory Operations Location: Goregaon Mumbai Experience Required: 5+ Years Qualification: MBA or Mcom Compensation: Up to ₹20 LPA About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Advisory Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution and operational efficiency for our Wealth Advisory Customers, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end Advisory Account Opening processes for high-net-worth wealth customers. Support Investment Advisors in executing recommended trades and transactions across Mutual Funds, Equity, PMS, AIF, and Debt products. Oversee end-to-end transaction execution and ensure timely updates across systems. Liaise with key stakeholders including Clients, Relationship Managers, Service Managers, BSE, and internal teams for smooth account management. Upload daily transaction feeds into Wealth Spectrum systems, ensuring timely and accurate data integration. Ensure 100% data reconciliation with all relevant sources. Maintain and update Customer Master Data and Financial Portfolio Records. Monitor End of Day (EOD) and Beginning of Day (BOD) processes to ensure portfolio availability and accuracy. Prepare and send monthly MIS reports to customers. Raise and track Advisory Fee Invoices; coordinate with Relationship Managers for fee collection. Provide client support, address queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in the preparation of business dashboards, enabling strategic insights and data-driven decisions. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of financial products: MF, PMS, AIF, Equity, and Debt. Proven track record in advisory operations or wealth management. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in using financial systems and tools (e.g., Wealth Spectrum, MIS platforms). Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting capabilities. Show more Show less
