Job Description

We are seeking motivated and ambitious MBA freshers who are eager to make an impact in the financial sector. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to work in different roles, including marketing, advisory, and leadership positions, based on their interests and strengths.

Roles & Key Responsibilities Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
• Create compelling content for digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Advisory

• Provide investment advice and financial planning services to clients.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support investment recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes.
• Assist clients in developing diversified investment portfolios.

Leadership

• Work closely with senior leaders to understand the strategic direction of the company.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies.
• Take on leadership roles in projects and initiatives, driving them to successful completion.

Qualifications

• MBA degree from a reputed institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹9,235.76 - ₹56,552.73 per month
