As an Advisor at PhonePe Limited, you will be a part of the Customer Experience Operations team based in Bangalore. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues faced by PhonePe users. By actively engaging with customers, you will contribute to enhancing their overall experience with the platform. **Role Overview:** In your role as an Advisor, you will act with integrity and prioritize the needs of the customers in every interaction. Handling PhonePe account and transaction related queries will be a key responsibility. You should be able to effectively switch between phone and data channels, following specified process guidelines to provide prompt and accurate resolutions.
