Advertising Sales Executive

About Us:

We are a leading STM (Scientific, Technical, and Medical) publisher, managing a wide range of peer-reviewed journals across disciplines. We aim to expand our outreach by partnering with pharma and healthcare companies for advertisement placements in our journals, both online and in print.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with pharma, biotech, medical device, and healthcare companies for journal advertisement opportunities.
• Drive revenue through sales of banner ads, sponsored content, and print ads across our journal portfolio.
• Create and deliver compelling proposals to potential advertisers.
• Develop long-term relationships with marketing heads and media agencies in the healthcare space.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with editorial, production, and web teams to ensure ad placements and delivery.
• Stay updated with pharma/healthcare marketing trends and journal readership demographics.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business.
• 4–5 years of experience in media sales, preferably in scientific publishing or healthcare marketing.
• Existing network within pharmaceutical and healthcare advertising agencies is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Comfortable with virtual meetings and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of STM publishing, journal circulation models, and healthcare marketing regulations.
• Understanding of digital advertising formats and print ad specifications.
• Experience with Google Ads, analytics, or programmatic media buying is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
