Key Responsibilities

• Visit local brands, retail shops, restaurants, salons, gyms, clinics, and showrooms to pitch AGSKart TV advertising at 1 RS per ads.
• Explain ad packages, pricing, screen locations, and benefits.
• Generate leads and convert them into paid advertisement clients.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets for ad slots.
• Collect logos, creatives, and campaign materials from clients.
• Maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR) and update leads regularly.
• Work closely with the backend team for ad scheduling and campaign activation.
• Build long-term relationships with brand owners and ensure repeat business.
• Ensure maximum occupancy of available ad slots across 30 TV screens.

Who Can Apply

• PUC / Degree candidates
• 13 years of field sales experience
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Two-wheeler mandatory
• Should be comfortable with field visits across Bangalore
• Must have confidence in approaching shops/business owners
• Should be fluent in Kannada, Hindi and English languages
