Job Description

Collaborate with site personnel to identify, engineer, and implement MPC or RTO improvements to maximize unit performance.
Develop and implement new MPC or RTO applications at ExxonMobil facilities globally.
Provide expert technical support to ExxonMobil assets as a leading expert in APC applications.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to enable advanced process control application work activities on a global scale.
Serve as a technical mentor to other team members to enhance their skills and drive competency development strategy in MPC and RTO.
Stay updated with industry standards and best practices to improve APC applications and facilitate knowledge exchange within the company.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on work experience in implementing or supporting APC applications, Model Predictive Control (MPC), or Real Time Optimization (RTO).
Strong technical knowledge and proven expertise in Model Predictive Control (MPC) using well-known Advanced Process Control software.
An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in chemical engineering or a related field, demonstrated through formal education or substantial professional experience.
Comfortable working shifts (morning/evening).
Knowledge about petrochemical assets or oil and gas operations coupled with hands-on process control engineering experience.
Experienced in independently tuning, designing, and implementing process control schemes with good working knowledge in one or more of the following.
