As an Advanced Selling Skills Trainer, your role focuses on delivering practical, industry-aligned training sessions in sales and customer acquisition techniques to prepare students and early professionals for real-world sales roles. Your responsibilities will include: - Plan, design, and deliver engaging training sessions on advanced selling techniques such as prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. - Create real-life scenarios, roleplays, and case studies to enhance interactive and practical learning. - Prepare learning materials, exercises, and evaluation tools that align with industry standards. - Track and assess learner performance, providing timely feedback to support their development. - Stay updated on modern sales practices, market trends, CRM tools, and digital selling strategies to continuously improve training delivery. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing or a degree/certification in sales or a related field. - Experience: 15 years in sales roles and/or sales training. - Preferred: Experience in student or campus-based training, especially in sales skills.
