Advance Selling Skills Trainer

You are a passionate and skilled Advanced Selling Skills Trainer sought to deliver industry-aligned training sessions in sales and customer acquisition techniques. Your focus is on preparing students and early professionals for real-world sales roles by imparting modern, result-driven sales skills. The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background in Sales and Marketing, coupled with proven experience in training, preferably with students or freshers in the sales domain. An MBA in Sales & Marketing or a relevant degree/certification is desirable, with 15 years of experience in sales roles and/or sales training. Key Skills required for this role include a solid grasp of B2B and B2C selling techniques, excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, the ability to effectively engage and mentor students, up-to-date knowledge of market trends, CRM tools, and digital selling strategies, as well as strong planning, content creation, and facilitation skills. As an Advanced Selling Skills Trainer, your responsibilities will include planning, designing, and delivering engaging training sessions on advanced selling techniques such as prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. You will be tasked with creating interactive and practical learning experiences through real-life scenarios, role plays, and case studies, and preparing learning materials and evaluation tools in line with industry standards. Monitoring learner performance, providing timely feedback, staying abreast of modern sales practices, and continuously enhancing training delivery are also part of your duties.
