Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advanced DSA Trainer located in Noida. The Advanced DSA Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs on data structures and algorithms. Day-to-day tasks include developing curriculum, conducting training sessions, assessing trainee performance, and updating training materials to reflect the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
• Proven experience in conducting training sessions, both theoretical and practical
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Experience with curriculum development and training program design
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Prior corporate training experience is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different learning styles
