About the Role

CertEd Technologies is urgently hiring highly skilled and experienced trainers for our upcoming technical training programs. We are looking for professionals with strong industry exposure and proven teaching competencies to mentor students and drive outcome-based learning.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on

  Advanced Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

  or

  Advanced Python Development

  .
• Develop and customize training content, assignments, coding exercises, and real-time case studies.
• Conduct assessments, track learner progress, and ensure targeted learning outcomes.
• Guide students on interview preparation, coding practices, and project development.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum enhancement and training delivery planning.

🔹 Required Skills & Expertise

For Advance DSA Trainer

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, Time & Space Complexity.
• Expertise in problem-solving with C++/Java/Python.
• Hands-on experience with competitive programming or coding platforms preferred.

For Advance Python Development Trainer

• Expertise in Advanced Python, OOP, File Handling, Multithreading, APIs.
• Experience in Django/Flask/FastAPI, REST frameworks, and database integration.
• Good understanding of cloud deployment, version control, and real-world project workflows.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience

  in relevant technology.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching / training experience

  (offline or online).
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
