Ads Strategy

You will be joining Nitro Commerce, a Series A Adtech startup established in 2023 by a team with prior experience in the martech industry. Led by Umair Mohammed, a prominent figure in the martech space, Nitro Commerce specializes in targeting in-market identified audiences with relevant creatives, driving conversions directly on the brand's website. As part of your role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive ad strategies for clients across different platforms, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and KPIs. This will involve conducting thorough market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify strategic opportunities and provide informed recommendations. Analyzing campaign performance data, extracting actionable insights, and collaborating with internal teams to translate strategic concepts into executable plans will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Furthermore, staying updated on the latest AdTech trends, technologies, and best practices will be essential for integrating new learnings into the strategic approach. You will also be expected to present strategic recommendations and performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients in a clear and compelling manner. Additionally, contributing to the development of new ad products and features based on market needs and client feedback will be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 years of progressive experience in the AdTech industry, focusing on ad strategy, media planning, or similar strategic roles. A proven track record of developing and executing successful ad strategies that drive measurable business outcomes is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in data analysis tools relevant to AdTech, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential traits for this role.,
