Role Overview:

Meta & Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Create compelling ad copies and guide the design team for creatives.
• Track campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CAC) and make data-backed decisions.
• A/B test creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve results.
• Work closely with account managers and clients to meet monthly lead targets.
• Maintain detailed reports and performance dashboards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads.
• Proven success in running lead generation campaigns (preferably in healthcare).
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, CAPI, GTM & analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different niches.
• Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must be result-oriented and self-driven.
