Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Google Ads Sales Operations team.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing performance, driving operational excellence, and leveraging technology to achieve sales success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Team Leaders to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage KPIs such as team performance, attrition, and client satisfaction.
Use AI and automation tools to improve sales forecasting, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Training, Quality, Tech) to enhance productivity.
Maintain strong client relationships and represent the team in leadership discussions.
Drive employee engagement, career growth, and talent development initiatives.
Create and manage operational budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Implement quality checks, conduct regular reviews, and ensure delivery excellence.
Required Experience
7 to 10 years in Sales Operations, preferably in a BPO or ITES environment.
Minimum 3 to 5 years in a managerial role handling large teams.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and BI/AI applications.
Education
Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)
