Ads Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Ads Manager to oversee and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing ad campaigns to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and support overall business growth.

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copywriting.
• Set up and optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, and budgets.
• Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Set up custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and pixel tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization
• Stay up to date with algorithm changes, ad formats, and industry best practices.
• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy management.
• Write compelling ad copy aligned with landing pages and CTAs.
• Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Monitor Quality Scores, CTR, CPC, and overall campaign performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Meta ads and google ads: 1 year (Required)
