You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing daily ad campaigns that actually drive results — not just impressions. 👇 Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns daily (hands-on, not just planning) Testing ad creatives, headlines, hooks — everything performance-focused Creating & managing audience strategies (custom, lookalike, retargeting) Managing budgets and scaling winning campaigns smartly Collaborating with our design and content team for creatives Sharing weekly reports — what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next ✅ What We’re Looking For: At least 1–2 years of real Facebook Ads experience (preferably in e-commerce/D2C) Strong understanding of performance marketing, not just boosting posts Comfort with numbers, CPCs, CTRs, ROAS — and making decisions based on data Someone proactive — if an ad is not working, you fix it, not wait 💥 Why Join Us?
