Ads Manager

• Plan, set up, and manage campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
• Monitor performance and optimise campaigns for ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.
• Conduct competitor and audience analysis for better targeting
• Create reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance
• Coordinate with content/design teams for ad creatives and landing pages
• Ensure proper tracking with Pixels, UTM parameters, and Google Tag Manager

• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Meta and/or Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of metrics like CTR, ROAS, CPM, CPC
• Experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads dashboard
• Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Certification in Meta or Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum: Graduate in any stream
