About The Opportunity

• Plan, set up, and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
• Implement and maintain tracking (pixels, GA4, and GTM, and server-side where needed) to ensure accurate conversion attribution and reporting.
• Continuously optimize campaigns using A/B tests, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative iterations to improve ROAS and CPA.
• Analyze campaign performance and produce actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders using dashboards and data exports.
• Coordinate with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop landing page tests and conversion-rate-improvement experiments.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and campaign scaling while identifying opportunities to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
