Job Description

Role: Performance Copywriter


Ayuvya is hiring a performance-focused Copywriter who can think in hooks, analyse in metrics, and write for conversion. The role demands clarity, speed, and a strong command over how ads actually perform on Meta and Google. If you instinctively understand why a script works or fails, you’ll fit right in.


Key Responsibilities

1. Script Writing for Performance Ads

– Write sharp, high-retention video ad scripts across Instagram/Facebook, Youtube, Google!

– Build strong hook logic, problem–solution storytelling, and CTA framing.

– Adapt scripts to platform-specific creative formats and audience behaviours.


2. Ad Copywriting

– Create high-impact static and carousel ad copy for Meta.

– Write Google Search headlines/descriptions optimised for intent and click-through.

– Maintain a strong understanding of how claims, formats, and word choice influence conversions.


3. Trend & Audience Analysis

– Track D2C ad trends, hooks, formats, and platform shifts in health/wellness categories.

– Convert insights into new creative angles, messaging styles, and scripts.


4. Performance Optimisation

– Iterate copy and scripts based on metrics like thumb-stop ratio, hold rate, CTR, and CPC.

– Collaborate with the performance team to A/B test multiple angles.


5. Shoot Participation

– Participate in shoots to guide tonality, dialogue, and framing.

– Ensure final output matches the intended concept and hook.


6. Performance Analysis

– Review winning and losing ads to understand patterns.

– Build repeatable creative structures that deliver consistent ROI.


Requirements

– 1–2 years of experience in copywriting for D2C brands or performance-marketing agencies.

– Strong command over Meta and Google ad creative fundamentals.

– Ability to merge creative thinking with analytical decision-making.

– Understanding of consumer psychology in health, wellness, Ayurveda, and personal hygiene

– Comfortable writing in both English and Hindi.

– Ability to produce multiple variations quickly for testing.


Preferred

– Experience writing for wellness, skincare, or supplement brands.

– Understanding of UGC formats, influencer-style scripts, and short-form content style.
