Job Title: Adobe Stack Project Manager
Location: Remote (Offshore India)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 7+ years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager with a strong background in managing Adobe Experience Cloud projects , including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , Adobe Analytics , Adobe Target , and related Adobe Marketing/Experience tools. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor cross-functional offshore teams, coordinate effectively with global stakeholders, and drive the successful delivery of enterprise-level digital experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud projects (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe solutions).
Collaborate with business stakeholders, design teams, developers, and QA teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and presentations for internal and client teams.
Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration across global and offshore delivery teams.
Drive process improvements and ensure continuous alignment with client objectives and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master s preferred).
7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of project management experience on Adobe Experience Cloud projects .
Strong understanding of Adobe Marketing/Experience solutions: AEM Sites/Assets, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign (knowledge of additional Adobe products is a plus).
Proven experience managing distributed/offshore teams and working with global enterprise clients.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) preferred.
