Technical Support Consultant - AEM Developer Opportunity: Join a team of technical experts supporting strategic customers with premium support services. This role involves handling technical issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer success. You will manage high-priority issues, engage with customers, and collaborate with extended teams (Support, TAMs, Engineering) to resolve complex tickets. Occasionally, you may need to go onsite to expedite issue resolution or improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, representing customer needs to internal teams. Provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries, ensuring alignment with their business priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build trust and enhance customer relationships. Log and track all customer interactions, ensuring thorough documentation for regular reviews. Required Skills & Experience: We are looking for 3+years of experience in AEM Development(Java) who are willing to explore support role for the project. Strong expertise in Java, JavaScript, JEE application servers, databases, LDAP, and HTML5, XHTML, CSS, XML.
