About The Role
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to design, develop and troubleshoot solutions/ designs/ models/ simulations on various softwares as per client project requirements. Do

About The Role :Skills & Experience:

5 years of experience in End to End implementation experience with Adobe Campaign Classic

Work with Stakholders to assess requirements

Configure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting up ETL and dataflows

Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)

Excellent knowledge of Marketing Management across multiple Channels (Email, Mail, SMS, PUSH etc)

Application Integration/Web services experience (XML, REST, SOAP & messaging patterns)

Should have good understanding of Adobe Campaign Architecture.

Defines integrations between the Adobe Marketing Cloud Products (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target)

Designing a solution architecture and to identify the components and Templates for Campaign Management – Segmentation Workflows, Technical Workflows and Delivery Workflows.

Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS and related technologies.

Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution.

Adobe Campaign Classic Developer and Business Practitioner strongly preferred.

2. Provide customer support and problem solving from time to time

Perform defect fixing raised by the client or software integration team while solving the tickets raised

Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures for the customer

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems on time & with minimum latency and maximum efficiency

Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback for adequate resolution with customer satisfaction

Comply with project plans and industry standards

3. Ensure reporting & documentation for the client

Ensure weekly, monthly status reports for the clients as per requirements

Maintain documents and create a repository of all design changes, recommendations etc

Maintain time-sheets for the clients

Providing written knowledge transfer/ history of the project
