Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, develop and troubleshoot solutions/ designs/ models/ simulations on various softwares as per client project requirements.

• Job Description:Skills & Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in End to End implementation experience with Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Work with Stakholders to assess requirements
  • Configure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting up ETL and dataflows
  • Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
  • Excellent knowledge of Marketing Management across multiple Channels (Email, Mail, SMS, PUSH etc)
  • Application Integration/Web services experience (XML, REST, SOAP & messaging patterns)
  • Should have good understanding of Adobe Campaign Architecture.
  • Defines integrations between the Adobe Marketing Cloud Products (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target)
  • Designing a solution architecture and to identify the components and Templates for Campaign Management – Segmentation Workflows, Technical Workflows and Delivery Workflows.
  • Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS and related technologies.
  • Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution.
  • Adobe Campaign Classic Developer and Business Practitioner strongly preferred.

2. Provide customer support and problem solving from time to time

• Perform defect fixing raised by the client or software integration team while solving the tickets raised
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures for the customer
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems on time & with minimum latency and maximum efficiency
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback for adequate resolution with customer satisfaction
• Comply with project plans and industry standards

3. Ensure reporting & documentation for the client

• Ensure weekly, monthly status reports for the clients as per requirements
• Maintain documents and create a repository of all design changes, recommendations etc
• Maintain time-sheets for the clients
• Providing written knowledge transfer/ history of the project
