About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Administrator to manage and support key Adobe platforms, including Adobe Express (AEX), Workfront (WF), and Digital Asset Management (DAM). The role will work to smooth platform operations, provide proactive end-user support, and align system usage with business needs. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, user engagement, and process optimization to maximize the value of Adobe solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Adobe platforms (Workfront, Adobe Express, DAM).

• Strong understanding of platform security, permissions, and license governance.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and end-user support experience.

• Ability to develop documentation, FAQs, and support guides.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with workflow automation, APIs, and integrations across Adobe and third-party applications.

• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments (e.g., life sciences, pharma, or technology).

• Knowledge of the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
