Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Mumbai, involves managing and driving business development for US IT requirements. The Business Development Manager will focus on generating leads, tracking new markets, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Account Management and Business Development skills
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques
• 5+ Years of Experience working for US IT Staffing for BDM
• Must have experience handling implementation partners, Tier 1 and direct client
• Must have experience working with MSP client
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Experience in filling RFP/RFE is a great plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
