Adobe Administrator (Adobe Express, Workfront, DAM) Timing – 11 am to 8 pm About the Role We are seeking a skilled Adobe Administrator to manage and support key Adobe platforms, including Adobe Express (AEX), Workfront (WF), and Digital Asset Management (DAM). The role will work to smooth platform operations, provide proactive end-user support, and align system usage with business needs. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, user engagement, and process optimization to maximize the value of Adobe solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Platform Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize Adobe Express, Workfront, and DAM, including permissions, workflows, and integrations. • User Management: Oversee user on-boarding, role updates, and deactivations in alignment with security and compliance standards. • License Management: Track license allocation and utilization, ensure usage compliance, and support procurement planning. • End-User Support: Serve as the primary contact for user issues, troubleshooting, training, and platform guidance, escalating as needed. • System Integration: Collaborate with IT and development teams to maintain integrations between Adobe platforms and other enterprise systems. • Enhancement & Feature Tracking: Work with Adobe updates/releases and stakeholders to evaluate, test, and deploy new features and functionalities. • Collaboration: Partner with business teams, technical teams, and Adobe support to streamline operations, automate workflows, and improve platform utilization. Qualifications • Proven experience administering Adobe platforms (Workfront, Adobe Express, DAM). • Strong understanding of platform security, permissions, and license governance. • Excellent troubleshooting skills and end-user support experience. • Ability to develop documentation, FAQs, and support guides. • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Nice to Have • Familiarity with workflow automation, APIs, and integrations across Adobe and third-party applications. • Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments (e.g., life sciences, pharma, or technology). • Knowledge of the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
