PRISM JOHNSON LIMITED RMC (INDIA) Division HRD/RECT/JD JOB DESCRIPTION -ADMIXTURE SALES (CCB) 1. Job Purpose (Summary / One Line Description) To establish our admixtures at various projects and RMC units, achieve sales and collection targets, generate new leads, and participate in brand promotion activities. 2. Key Performance Indicators : • • • • • • Profitability and growth Competitior information analysis Sales and collection budget Customer relationships and increase the new customer base Internal coordination with technical field staff and establish new products Increasing the product base 3. Roles & Responsibilities: • • • • • • • • To drive Endura admixture sales in the assigned territory Take lead and develop new project sites, RMC Units and increase the market share and brand presence Establish admixtures at various projects, building and expanding sales channel Knowledge of concrete mix design, SNF, and PCE-based admixture Achieve sales and collection budget set by management Generate admixture business from RMCs and new leads Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets Build and maintain relationships with customers, identify their needs, and maintain a customer/prospect database • Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery, maintain sales records, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors. 4. Education: • • • Experience in Admixture - 3- 5 years Experience in Concrete 2- 3 years [Both] Total Exp 7 -8 Years
