Senior Associate – MBBS Counselling (Overseas Education)

🔑 Roles & Responsibilities

1. Student Engagement & Counseling

• Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and in-person sessions.
• Provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals.

2. Application Management

• Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions.
• Coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing.
• Keep students updated on application status and additional requirements.

3. Post-Registration Support

• Guide students through

  visa applications

  and document preparation.
• Conduct

  pre-departure orientations

  for students and families.
• Resolve last-mile queries before departure.

4. Post-Flying Support

• Provide

  check-ins and settlement guidance

  once students reach abroad.
• Act as a liaison between students and universities.
• Offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation.

5. Administrative Tasks

• Maintain student records, metrics, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the student journey.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory:

  Prior experience in

  Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling

  .
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Empathy and a student-first approach.
• Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is preferred.

• Laptop is mandatory
