Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admissions Officer based in Guwahati. The Admissions Officer will handle day-to-day tasks related to managing inquiries, providing information about courses, guiding students and their families through the admissions process, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. The role includes communication with parents and students to address their concerns, adherence to operational procedures, and maintaining records to support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with students and families
Knowledge and/or experience in International Admissions and Education systems is advantageous
Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey information and respond to inquiries
Customer Service orientation to provide a positive experience and resolve concerns promptly
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proficient in admission-related processes
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; prior experience in admissions is beneficial
