Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor located in Faridabad. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for counseling students and parents over the phone, providing information about various courses and programs, addressing queries and concerns, and assisting with the enrollment process. The counselor will follow up with prospective students, maintain accurate records, and ensure a high level of customer service.
