As an experienced Academic Counsellor at Hi-Tech Animation, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards a successful future. Your responsibilities will include: - Student Counselling: Engage in conversations with students and parents to identify their career aspirations and recommend appropriate courses. - Admissions: Convert inquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, and online channels into confirmed admissions. - Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with potential students to keep them engaged and interested. - Documentation: Assist students in completing admission procedures and ensure accurate record-keeping. - Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to meet enrollment targets. To excel in this role, we expect the following from you: - Experience: Minimum of 12 years in Academic Counselling, Admissions, EdTech, or related fields. - Communication Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. - Sales Approach: Target-driven mindset, adept at handling objections, and closing admissions effectively. - Attitude: Display confidence, self-motivation, energy, and professionalism. - Knowledge: Familiarity with the animation, multimedia, or education industry is advantageous. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any discipline (preference for backgrounds in education, counselling, or sales). - Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered. - Immediate joiners are preferred.
