Your Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from parents & students (walk-ins, calls, and online leads).

• Make outreach and follow-up calls

  , including cold calls when required.
• Understand

  learning goals

  and recommend the

  appropriate program

  .
• Schedule and coordinate trial classes; track attendance and outcomes.
• Support students and parents with

  in-person and phone-based

  queries and updates.
• Coordinate with the academic and centre teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively reach out to families.
• Conduct renewal discussions and assist parents through the continuation process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and renewals in the CRM.
• Follow structured processes to meet

  daily admissions and renewal goals

Who we are looking for

• 15 years in

  admissions, customer-facing roles, sales, counselling, or hospitality.

• Strong English communication

  and professional presence.
• Organised, reliable, and consistent with follow-through.
• Comfortable with structured processes and CRM tools.
• Someone who values a

  service-oriented

  approach.
