We're looking for a talented, student-focused Western Violin Teacher to join our team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Teaching & Training Teach Western Violin across beginner to intermediate levels Provide training in bowing technique, posture, intonation, rhythm & expression Introduce students to sight-reading, ear training, scales, tudes & repertoire Prepare students for performances, recitals, and grade examinations Student Progress & Collaboration Track and report student progress regularly Work closely with the Ops team to ensure student outcomes Encourage, motivate, and guide students to maintain steady progress Classroom Excellence Maintain discipline, structure, and a high teaching standards Create a positive, engaging, student-first learning environment Uphold Trill Route's teaching philosophy and quality benchmarks REQUIREMENTS Skills & Experience Strong violin technique (Western classical training preferred) Ability to teach repertoire, scales, sight-reading & musicianship Understanding of teaching methodologies for young and adult learners Prior teaching experience preferred but not mandatory Personality & Work Ethic Warm, encouraging, professional teaching approach Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and committed to student success Comfortable working full-time on-site at our Indiranagar centre What We Offer Premium teaching environment & world-class infrastructure Supportive, professional faculty culture Competitive compensation Opportunities for internal content projects How to Apply Send the following to [HIDDEN TEXT] Your performance videos Your resume (optional) A short note on why you'd like to join Trill Route
